Electrical Engineering/RME Board Exam Results April 2019

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the results of the Registered Electrical Engineers (REE) and Registered Master Electrician (RME) Licensure Examinations conducted on April 15-17, 2019 at various PRC testing centers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena and Tacloban. The examination was given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Electrical Engineering headed by its Chairman, Engr. Francis V. Mapile and its member, Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza.

REE and RME Board Exam Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,600 out of 2,548 Registered Electrical Engineers and 2,093 out of 3,728 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations. Congratulations!

Online Initial Registration Application and Requirements

From May 6 to May 10, 2019, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. To accomplish the initial registration, follow our PRC online registration guide to help you through the online application process.

Here are the registration requirements:

  • Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Passport-sized ID Photos in white background and with complete name tag (2 pieces)
  • Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
  • Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)

PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Previous Exam

On September 2018, 3,135 out of 4,697 Registered Electrical Engineers and 2,649 out of 4,251 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations. Niño Boy Dacer from Bicol University- Legazpi clinched the top spot with a rating of 93.05%. Likewise, Dee-Jay Alvaro Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology topped the RME board exam with a rating of 92.50%.
