TOPNOTCHER Philippines (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the TOPNOTCHER CSE Reviewer mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. You can use all core features, quizzes, mock exams, and progress tracking, without signing up or logging in.
However, the App does use third-party services that may collect certain information automatically:
Advertising Data (Google AdMob) The App displays ads through Google AdMob to support free access to the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID), general device information, and approximate location data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. App and Database Services (Google Firebase) The App uses Google Firebase to store and deliver quiz content. Your Quiz Progress Your quiz scores, history, and personal best records are stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this information. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this information will be lost.
Contact Information (Optional) If you choose to contact us directly (for example, by emailing us with feedback or a question), we will receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you.
In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time purchase to remove ads. This purchase is processed entirely through Google Play’s billing system. We do not receive or store your payment information; that is handled directly by Google.
Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience preparing for the Philippine Civil Service Exam and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below so we can address it.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your information. Data collected by third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) is subject to Google’s own privacy practices, linked above. We do not share any additional information with third parties beyond what those services collect to operate.
Your Choices
- You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising through your device’s ad settings.
- You can uninstall the App at any time, which removes all locally stored progress data from your device.
- You can contact us with any privacy questions or requests at the email below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
