PNPACAT 2025 Results: PNPA Entrance Exam Passers

The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) successfully conducted the PNPA Cadet Admission Test (PNPACAT) for the selection of the PNPA Class of 2030 on November 8–9, 2025, across 37 testing centers nationwide. A total of 24,789 applicants registered and qualified online from June 1 to October 15, 2025. Of these, 18,153 qualified applicants took the examination, joined by 3,026 walk-in examinees, bringing the total number of test takers to 21,179 nationwide, coming from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Successful examinees will have the opportunity to pursue the four-year Bachelor of Science in Public Safety (BSPS) degree and undergo specialized training in various fields of police science. Once admitted, cadets will enjoy free tertiary education, free board and lodging, access to modern training facilities and equipment, and a monthly training allowance of ₱38,000, equivalent to the salary of a Police Executive Master Sergeant.

PNPA Entrance Exam 2025 Results

The PNPACAT 2025 result is expected to be released about one month after the examination. With this timeline, aspiring cadets can anticipate the official list of passers to be published before Christmas.

The number of candidates who will move forward to Phase 2 of the Cadet Admission Process will be determined by the resources of the PNPA National Headquarters and the authorized capacity of the Cadet Corps. Traditionally, only the top 1,000 or more examinees advance to the next stage, where they will undergo medical, psychological, and physical assessments to evaluate their overall fitness and suitability for the demanding life of a PNPA cadet.

About the PNPACAT

The PNPA Cadet Admission Test (PNPACAT) serves as the primary entrance examination for aspiring cadets of the Philippine National Police Academy. It evaluates the academic aptitude, reasoning ability, and moral values of applicants seeking admission to the prestigious institution. The exam covers key areas such as Communication Skills, Mathematics, Science, Logical and Abstract Reasoning, General Information, Current Events, and Values.

With an average national passing rate of around 11%, the PNPACAT remains one of the most competitive admission tests in the country. However, passing the written exam is only the beginning. Successful examinees must still undergo a rigorous selection process, including medical, neuropsychiatric, and physical agility examinations, followed by a panel interview. Only those who meet the academy’s stringent standards in all phases will be admitted as official cadets and become part of the PNPA Class of 2030.

Reminders to Passers

Successful examinees who pass the PNPACAT will qualify for the next stage of the screening process. Any applicant who fails to meet the required height will be disqualified even if he or she passes the entrance examination.

The applicant must pass the early stages of the screening, as the said testing is sequential. Applicants who fail at an earlier stage will not be allowed to proceed to the next stage. Those who managed to pass all stages of admission will be appointed as PNPA cadets no later than June 1, 2026, as members of the PNPA Class of 2030.

You may take the exam next year, as long as you are still under the age limit of 23 years old. If so, you may also start preparing the requirements.
