Postponed Examinations in NCR and Other Areas
The August 9 examination was suspended in NCR and parts of Region IV and the Cordillera Administrative Region because of adverse weather conditions. The CSC cited concerns about the safety of examinees and examination personnel, as well as access to testing venues. Its NCR advisory covered all testing centers in the region.
The suspensions affected 67,255 registered applicants, comprising 59,558 Professional and 7,697 Subprofessional applicants. They are separate from the examinees who completed the examination on August 9.
How to Check Your Individual Rating

The original examination announcement targets the availability of individual ratings on or before October 19, 2026, unless a corresponding CSC advisory specifies a different schedule.
