Exam Ratings

Examinees can view their exam ratings through the CSC’s OCSERGS or Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System. The examination rating from the OCSERGS shall be available about 15 days after the posting of official results.

Issuance of Certificates of Eligibility

The Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) for the Professional and Sub-Professional levels will be available 30 days after the posting of the official results. However, you should verify first with the CSC Regional/Field Office the availability of the CoE. The Civil Service Commission issues the CoE free of charge, but you must claim it personally because representatives are not allowed to claim the certificate. If you took the exam in a certain region but recently moved to another region, you can claim your Certificate of Eligibility at the nearest CSC Regional or Field Office, upon written request.

After verifying the availability of the CoE, go to the CSC Regional or Field Office and bring the same valid ID used during the filing of the exam application. If that ID is lost or unavailable, present any ID accepted by the Civil Service Commission. Please keep in mind that the CSC may require additional documents as necessary to establish the identity of the passers. In addition to the ID, you may also bring the application receipt/CSC Official Receipt, birth certificate, or marriage certificate in case the CSC requires them.
