MidLE RESULTS: April 2026 Midwives Licensure Examination Passers

The Professional Regulation Commission is set to release the results of the Midwives Licensure Examination (MidLE) conducted on April 14 to 15, 2026. The midwifery board exam was administered in multiple PRC testing centers nationwide, and the official list of passers, topnotchers, and school performance results were made available to the public.

The licensure exam was held in designated testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

It was administered by the PRC Board of Midwifery, headed by Chairman Melchor C. Dela Cruz Jr., together with board members Corazon F. Landicho, Lourdes S. Mangahas, Lerma M. Valenzuela, and Maria Teresa Cruz Padilla.

April 2026 MLE results: List of Passers

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 series of 2025, the target release of the April 2026 Midwives Licensure Examination results was scheduled on April 22, 2026. The results may have been released earlier or later depending on the number of examinees and the completion of result verification and approval.

Initial Registration Schedule and Requirements

The Professional Regulation Commission announced the schedule for the initial registration of newly licensed Midwives after the release of results.

Registration was processed online through the PRC Online Services portal at online.prc.gov.ph. All passers were required to secure an online appointment before visiting the PRC office to claim their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration.

Registration Requirements

Passers prepared the following documents:

  • Notice of Admission for identification
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Two passport-sized ID photos on white background with complete name tag
  • Two sets of Documentary Stamps
  • One short brown envelope

Passers verified their names in the official list before securing an appointment.

Oath-Taking Ceremony Schedule

The schedule for the mass oath-taking ceremony for newly licensed Midwives was announced by PRC. Those who attended the face-to-face ceremony registered online no later than 12:00 noon of the day before the scheduled event through online.prc.gov.ph.

Those who were unable to attend in person opted for the virtual oath-taking or requested a special oath-taking ceremony.

For virtual oath-taking:

  • Secure an online appointment through online.prc.gov.ph and choose “e-OATH” as the transaction type
  • Note that registration closes five calendar days before the scheduled oath-taking
  • Print the Oath of Professional form available through the PRC Online Services

After the oath-taking, passers must set another online appointment for initial registration to claim their PIC and Certificate of Registration.

Previous MidLE Results

In the November 2025 Midwives Licensure Examination, 2,152 out of 3,736 examinees passed. Princesa Dumale Talamayan from Palawan State University Puerto Princesa ranked first with a rating of 94.00 percent, followed by Yamille Ashra Pandog Ambalgan from St. Alexius College with 93.30 percent. Tagoloan Community College recorded a 100 percent passing rate and was recognized as the top-performing school.
