The Professional Regulation Commission is set to release the results of the April 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PhLE). The announcement included the complete list of passers, the Top 10 examinees, and the performance of schools nationwide.
The April 2026 PhLE was conducted on April 18 and 19, 2026 in testing centers across the country, including NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. It was was administered by the Professional Regulatory Board of Pharmacy, headed by Acting Chairperson Alicia P. Catabay, together with board members Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago and Mildred B. Oliveros.

The list of passers will be posted here once the PRC releases the official results online. According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the April 2026 PhLE result will be on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Please stay tuned for more updates.

Initial Registration Schedule and Requirements
The Professional Regulation Commission announced the schedule for the initial registration of newly licensed pharmacists after the release of results.
Registration was processed online through the PRC Online Services portal at online.prc.gov.ph. All passers were required to secure an online appointment before visiting the PRC office to claim their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration.
Registration Requirements
Passers prepared the following documents:
- Notice of Admission for identification
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two passport-sized ID photos on white background with complete name tag
- Two sets of Documentary Stamps
- One short brown envelope
Passers verified their names in the official list before securing an appointment.
Oath-Taking Ceremony Schedule
The Professional Regulation Commission announced the schedule for the mass oath-taking ceremony for newly licensed pharmacists. Passers who attended the face-to-face ceremony registered online through online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 noon of the day before the scheduled event.
Those who were unable to attend in person participated in the virtual oath-taking or requested a special oath-taking ceremony.
For virtual oath-taking
Passers secured an online appointment at online.prc.gov.ph and selected “e-OATH” as the transaction type.
Online registration closed five calendar days before the scheduled oath-taking date.
Passers printed the Oath of Professional form available through the PRC Online Services.
After completing the oath-taking, newly licensed pharmacists secured another online appointment for initial registration to claim their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration.
Previous Exam
The Pharmacists Licensure Examination is among the PRC-regulated licensure exams with one of the largest numbers of examinees. The Professional Regulation Commission conducts the PhLE twice each year. In November 2025, 3,670 out of 4,555 examinees passed the Pharmacists Licensure Examination. The results were released five working days after the last day of the examination.
Sean Jan Diomampo Ilagan of Lyceum of the Philippines University Batangas, Inc. topped the exam with a rating of 95.47 percent. Rynier Aaron Ian Gauiran Ramones from Saint Louis University placed second with a rating of 95.40 percent. Meanwhile, the University of Santo Tomas emerged as the top-performing school with a 98.99 percent passing rate, as 197 out of 199 examinees successfully passed the examination.
