LTO Reviewer 2023: CDE Validating Exam

LTO Exam Reviewer 2023– Drivers renewing their expired licenses must complete the Comprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) course, which includes a refresher seminar and an exam. The CDE course and examination are designed to ensure that only qualified applicants with adequate driving skills, knowledge of road safety, and proper road etiquette have their licenses renewed.

To secure a Comprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) certificate, you must pass the CDE Validating Exam. The CDE validating exam is available in person at the LTO Driver’s Education Center in select offices or online through the LTMS. To take the exam online, you must first create an account in LTO’s LTMS Portal.
