MTLE Result August 2024– The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the August 2024 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination (MTLE) result today, August 13, 2024. The list of the top ten examinees is also included in the release, three (3) working days after the last day of the examination.
On August 6-7, 2024, the MedTech Board Exam was conducted at several testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Cebu and Davao. Dr. Leila Lany M. Florento, a member of the PRC Board of Medical Technology, and its Chairman, Dr. Marilyn A. Cabal-Barza, oversaw its administration.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3,872 out of 5,574 passed the Medical Technologists Licensure Examination. Congratulations to the passers!
Initial Registration and Requirements
Starting September 19, 2024, the registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online and only accessible through an online appointment. The PRC will also release the schedule for the online appointment along with the list of passers. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) for identification purposes
- Duly completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Passport-sized ID Photos on a white background with a complete name tag (2 pieces)
- Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
- Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)
The official date of the oath-taking ceremony for the new criminologists will be announced later.
Previous Exam
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administers the Medical Technologists Licensure Exam twice annually, typically in March and August. This exam has one of the largest number of examinees and has a decent passing rate compared to other programs.
In March 2024, 7,309 out of 9,068 passed the Medical Technologists Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medical Technology. Jeency Aguilar Pilapil from Cebu Doctors University topped the examination with a score of 93.00%. Close behind was Jed Ataban Cangsan from Saint Louis University, securing the second spot with a score of 92.80%. Additionally, Cebu Doctors University and Notre Dame of Marbel University both achieved an impressive 100% passing rate, sharing the top spot among top performing schools in the examination.
