The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) is set to announce the results of the October 2025 PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations soon. The exams were conducted on October 19, 2025, in various testing centers nationwide.
According to NAPOLCOM, a total of 47,537 examinees took part in the exams. Of this number, 40,869 applicants took the PNP Entrance Examination, while 6,668 police personnel attempted to pass the Promotional Examinations for higher ranks within the police service.
The PNP Entrance Exam serves as a qualifying test for aspiring members of the Philippine National Police (PNP), open to all qualified Filipino citizens who meet the eligibility requirements. Meanwhile, the Promotional Examination (PROMEX) is exclusively for active uniformed members of the PNP seeking career advancement within the organization.

Reminders to Passers
NAPOLCOM will send individual reports of ratings through the mail. You can verify your test results at the NAPOLCOM website, its central office in Quezon City, and its regional offices nationwide. If you successfully pass the test but did not receive the Report of Rating via mail, you may request the issuance of a certificate from the NAPOLCOM Central Office.

The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) has consistently released the results of its examinations within two months after the testing date.
In the April 2025 NAPOLCOM Exams, a total of 42,499 examinees participated, with 13,464 successfully passing—equivalent to an overall passing rate of 33.80%. Of this number, 8,288 passed the PNP Entrance Examination, representing 26.56% of the 31,202 civilian takers. Meanwhile, 5,176 in-service police officers passed the Promotional Examinations, posting a 59.93% success rate out of 8,637 examinees.
