The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially released the results of the Agriculturists Licensure Examination (LEA) conducted on November 19 to 21, 2025. The complete list of passers, topnotchers, and performance of schools will be available for all successful examinees and the public.
The examination took place at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. Originally scheduled on November 10 to 12, 2025 under PRC Resolution No. 1927 (s. 2024), the LEA was postponed due to severe weather threats brought by Tropical Cyclone FUNG-WONG, following PAGASA’s advisory of possible heavy rainfall, flooding, and landslides. To ensure the safety and well-being of examinees and examination personnel, PRC rescheduled the ALE to November 19 to 21, 2025 in accordance with safety guidelines under Resolution No. 1178 (s. 2019).

November 2025 LEA Results
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 6,678 out of 9,742 passed the Agriculturists Licensure Examination given by the Board of Agriculture in 18 testing centers all over the Philippineslast November 2025. The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

Initial Registration Schedule and Requirements
The PRC will release the schedule of initial registration for newly licensed Agriculturists following the official announcement of results.
Registration will be held online through the PRC Online Services portal at online.prc.gov.ph. All passers must secure an online appointment prior to visiting the PRC office for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration.
Registration Requirements
Passers must prepare the following documents before registration:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on white background with complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of Documentary Stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
To prevent delays, verify your name in the official list of passers before securing an appointment.
Oath-Taking Ceremony Schedule
The schedule for the mass oath-taking ceremony for newly licensed Agriculturists will be announced by PRC soon. Those who wish to participate in the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register online not later than 12:00 noon of the day before the scheduled event through online.prc.gov.ph.
Examinees who are unable to attend in person may join the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking ceremony.
For virtual oath-taking:
- Secure an online appointment via online.prc.gov.ph and choose “e-OATH” as the transaction type.
- Online registration closes five (5) calendar days before the scheduled oath-taking date.
- Print the Oath of Professional form available at the PRC website under Online Services.
After the oath-taking, passers must proceed with the initial registration by securing another online appointment for the claiming of their PIC and Certificate of Registration.
Previous Agriculturist Board Exam Results
In the most recent Licensure Examination for Agriculturists (LEA) held in November 2024, 3,628 out of 7,144 examinees passed (50.78%). Ian Gabriel Ramos Mangulabnan from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) secured the first spot with a rating of 89.67%, followed by Michael Cedric Benedicto Bartolome from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Bacnotan, who obtained 89.51%. UPLB was recognized as the top-performing school with a 100.00% passing rate.
During the November 2023 examination, 3,423 out of 10,014 examinees passed, led by Ronn Adam Velasco Pontoy from Central Luzon State University, who scored 88.00%. Placing second was Kathleen Joy Dirain Franco from UP Los Baños, earning 87.33%. UPLB was again the top-performing institution, posting a 99.02% passing rate.
