PUP Admission 2022– The Polytechnic University of the Philippines has released the details for its College Admission Evaluation of PUP (CAEPUP) for the academic year 2022-2023. CAEPUP replaced the annual PUP College Entrance Exam (PUPCET) due to the ongoing health crisis. Since 2020, PUP has chosen not to conduct the PUPCET due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, the applicants were evaluated based on their grades in English, Science, Mathematics, and general weighted average back in Junior and Senior high school.
Application Schedule
The Polytechnic University of the Philippines Main Campus will start accepting applications for the College Admission Evaluation of PUP (CAEPUP) on December 17, 2021. The deadline for submission is on March 31, 2022. You can submit the CAEPUP 2022 application through this link: https://iapply.pup.edu.ph/signin.
Qualifications
To qualify for the PUP admission, you must be a high school graduate who has not enrolled in any diploma or degree programs and must have final grades for two high school years — Grades 10 and 11. You must also have at least 85% General Weighed Average on Grade 10’s Math, English, and Science subjects, and at least 85% GWA on Grade 11’s Oral Communication, Reading and Writing, General Mathematics, Statistics and Probability, Physical Science, and Earth and Life Science subjects.

Student here: My overall general average is 85% but, the average grades that I have on all of my major and minor subjects barely reach an average of 85%. I was able to reach a general average of 85% thanks to the average grades of my other subjects. Does this mean I don’t have a chance to be accepted in PUP?
my sister tried last year but she didnt make it sa application pa lang. you need to have atleast 85 per subject to fully procesd yubg application mo otherwise it will not push tru. but try mo pa din baka iba na this year. last school year kasi ganun. i hope makapasok ka. 🤗
