The Professional Regulation Commission has yet to release the results of the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer Licensure Examination (ABELE) conducted on December 4 to 5, 2025. The exam was held in several PRC testing centers nationwide, and the official list of passers, topnotchers, and school performance results will be available to the public.
The licensure exam was conducted at designated testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.
It was administered by the Board of Agricultural Engineering, headed by Chairman Engr. Ariodear C. Rico together with board members Engr. Sherwin O. Valdez and Engr. Caesar Joventino M. Tado.
ABELE December 2025 Results: List of Passers
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the release of the December 2025 ABELE results is targeted for December 11, 2025. This schedule serves as an expected release date; however, the results may come out earlier or later depending on the PRC’s evaluation timeline. For reference, the December 2024 ABELE results were published two working days after the examination period. Examinees are encouraged to monitor official PRC announcements for timely updates.

Initial Registration Schedule and Requirements
The Professional Regulation Commission will announce the schedule for the initial registration of newly licensed Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers following the release of the official results.
Registration will be processed online through the PRC Online Services portal at online.prc.gov.ph. All passers must secure an online appointment before visiting the PRC office to claim their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration.
Registration Requirements
Prepare the following:
- Notice of Admission for identification
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two passport-sized ID photos on a white background with complete name tag
- Two sets of Documentary Stamps
- One short brown envelope
Only those whose names appear on the official list of passers should proceed with securing an appointment.
Oath-Taking Ceremony Schedule
The PRC will release the schedule for the mass oath-taking ceremony for new Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers. Those who plan to attend the in-person ceremony must register online no later than 12:00 noon of the day before the event via online.prc.gov.ph.
For those unable to join in person, PRC offers options for virtual oath-taking and special oath-taking arrangements.
For virtual oath-taking:
- Secure an online appointment through online.prc.gov.ph and choose “e-OATH” as the transaction type
- Note that registration closes five calendar days before the scheduled oath-taking
- Print the Oath of Professional form available through the PRC Online Services
After the oath-taking, passers must set another online appointment for initial registration to claim their PIC and Certificate of Registration.
Previous ABELE Results
In the December 2024 ABELE, 1,479 out of 2,625 examinees passed, giving the exam a 56.34 percent passing rate. John Philip Paladan Dela Cruz of Isabela State University–Echague topped the board with a rating of 88.80 percent, followed by Ana Marie Macasaddug Mabborang of Cagayan State University–Tuguegarao who earned 87.44 percent.
In the September 2023 examination, 615 out of 1,841 examinees passed for a 33.41 percent passing rate. The top spot went to Lee Henry David Castro from Bataan Peninsula State University–Abucay with a rating of 84.03 percent, while second place was secured by Trixie Ann Sison Teodoro from the University of the Philippines Los Baños with 82.70 percent.
