ECAT Online Application for Admission AY 2022-2023

ECAT 2022– The Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST) is a public university in the Philippines. It was named after Eulogio Rodriguez, one of the country’s longest-serving senators. By virtue of Republic Act 6595, it has evolved from a vocational-technical high school to a full-fledged higher education institution offering undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs.

The Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines has granted EARIST Level II Status for its 14-degree programs (AACCUP). It was also assigned a Level II rating based on the CHED-DBM-PASUC Leveling Evaluation. It has eight colleges, a graduate school, and a satellite campus in Cavite, with approximately 15,000 students.

ECAT Online Application

The online application for admission (AY 2022-2023) starts on July 19, 2022, and is open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm only. To apply, go to https://earist.edu.ph/ then hover your mouse pointer on the Apply Online tab. A drop-down menu will appear then click the Online Enrollment link. Requirements

Please prepare your original and scanned documents to be submitted online in accordance with your entry status:

Undergraduate Program (Bachelor’s Degree)

For Senior High School Graduate

1. Applicant Photo
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Senior High School Card
4. PSA copy of Birth Certificate
5. Copy of vaccine card

For ALS Passer

1. Applicant Photo
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Certified True Copy of List of Passer
4. Certificate of Rating with remarks equivalent to senior high school level/graduate and date of graduation
5. PSA copy of Birth Certificate
6. Copy of vaccine card

For Transferee

1. Applicant Photo
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Copy of Grades / Transcript of Record (Must have NO dropped and failing grade)
4. Honorable Dismissal
5. PSA copy of Birth Certificate
6. Copy of vaccine card

GRADUATE PROGRAM (For Masters and Doctoral)

1. Honorable Dismissal
2. Transcript of Record
3. Permit to Study
4. PSA copy of Birth Certificate

For Professional Education

Please take note of the following requirements per program:

1. GWA Required for College of Education applicants is 85%.
2. For BS Hospitality Management applicants, the height requirement for men is 5’6″ and above, and for women is 5’4″ and above
