The Professional Regulation Commission is set to release the results of the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination (PTLE) conducted on December 4 to 5, 2025. The exam was held in multiple PRC testing centers nationwide, and the official list of passers, topnotchers, and school performance results will be available to the public.
The licensure exam took place at the designated testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, and Rosales.
It was administered by the Board of Physical Therapy, headed by Chairman Hon. Eduardo R. Peregrino Jr., together with board members Hon. Delia R. Pabalan and Hon. Rolland Lyle D. Duque.
PTLE December 2025 Results: List of Passers
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the results of the December 2025 Physical Therapist Licensure Examination are scheduled for release on December 10, 2025. Results may be released earlier or later than expected depending on the number of examinees and the speed of final evaluation and approval. Passers are advised to monitor official PRC announcements.

Initial Registration Schedule and Requirements
PRC will announce the schedule for the initial registration of newly licensed Physical Therapists following the release of results.
Registration will be processed online through the PRC Online Services portal at online.prc.gov.ph. All passers must secure an online appointment before visiting the PRC office to claim their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration.
Registration Requirements
Prepare the following documents:
- Notice of Admission for identification
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two passport-sized ID photos on a white background with complete name tag
- Two sets of Documentary Stamps
- One short brown envelope
Examinees must ensure their names appear on the official list of passers before securing an appointment.
Oath-Taking Ceremony Schedule
The schedule for the mass oath-taking ceremony for newly licensed Physical Therapists will be announced by PRC. Those attending the face-to-face ceremony must register online no later than 12:00 noon of the day before the event through online.prc.gov.ph.
For those unable to attend in person, PRC offers a virtual oath-taking option or a special oath-taking upon request.
For virtual oath-taking:
- Secure an online appointment via online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction type.
- Note that online registration closes five calendar days before the scheduled oath-taking.
- Print the Oath of Professional form available on the PRC website under Online Services.
After the oath-taking, passers must schedule another appointment for initial registration to claim their PIC and Certificate of Registration.
Previous PTLE Results
In the most recent Physical Therapist Board Exam held in June 2025, 416 out of 630 examinees passed, giving the board a 66.03 percent passing rate. Keiza Anne Rodriguez Mejia from the University of the Philippines Manila ranked first with a rating of 91.55 percent, followed by Jay Patrick Albano Yulo from Doña Remedios Trinidad Romualdez Educational Foundation with 91.00 percent. MAPUA University posted one of the highest performance results for that exam cycle.
During the December 2024 Physical Therapist Licensure Examination, 1,206 out of 1,700 examinees passed for a 70.94 percent passing rate. Raymund Carlo Arcobillas Masbaño of Riverside College topped the exam with 90.55 percent, while Andrei Daylan Joplo Villaruz from Saint Paul University Iloilo followed with 90.40 percent. Several institutions also recorded strong overall performance during this testing period.
