March 2025 CSE Results– The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is about to release the results of the Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for both Professional and Subprofessional levels on May 2, 2025. The exams were held on March 2, 2025, across 95 CSC testing centers nationwide.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) reported that a total of 318,973 individuals took the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for both Professional and Subprofessional levels. Of these, 287,254 examinees—equivalent to 91.35% of registered applicants—took the Professional level exam, while 31,719 individuals, or 91.37% of those registered, sat for the Subprofessional level.

The National Capital Region (NCR) recorded the highest number of test takers with 46,312 examinees, followed by Region IV with 37,420, and Region III with 23,019.

Exam Ratings

Examinees can view their exam ratings through the CSC’s OCSERGS or Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System. The examination rating from the OCSERGS shall be available in about 15 days after the posting of official results.

Issuance of Certificates of Eligibility

The Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) for the Professional and Sub-Professional levels will be available 30 days after posting the official results. However, it would help if you verified first with the CSC Regional/Field Office the availability of the CoE. The Civil Service Commission issues the CoE free of charge, but you must claim it personally because representatives are not allowed to claim the certificate. If you took the exam in a certain region but recently moved to another region, you can claim your Certificate of Eligibility at the nearest CSC Regional or Field Office upon written request.

After verifying the availability of the CoE, go to the CSC Regional or Field Office and bring the same valid ID used during the filing of the exam application. If that ID is lost or unavailable, present any ID accepted by the Civil Service Commission. Please keep in mind that the CSC may require additional documents as necessary to establish the identity of the passers. In addition to the ID, you may also bring the application receipt, CSC Official Receipt, birth certificate, or marriage certificate in case the CSC requires them.

What is the Civil Service Examination?

The Career Service Examination, more commonly known as the Civil Service Exam, is one of the most widely taken government examinations in the Philippines.     • multiply mo yung percent ng sa respective rating then add the total.
      (x * .3)+(y * .35)+(z * .3)+(w * .05) = general rating
      parang naka round up ang mga results

  32. Paano po malalaman ang rating o nakuhang score/percentage? I took CSC-PPT last auguat 4 po.
    Sa OCSERGS po na sinasabi na makikita, wala naman po choices sa date ng pagexam sa choices ang august 4.

  44. Paasa kayo, wala namang name sa mga nakapasa sa CSC na nakalagay dito sa baba. Ang sabi, after 60calendar days, pero hanggang ngayon wala pa din. Mga PAASA kayo. Yan nalang trabaho, di pa ninyo magawa nang maayos.

  52. is there a possibility that a taker could have passed the exam he took but his name was ommited in the passers list because personnel of the CSC were not able to correct the misspelled family name of the examinee in their computer data base up to this point in time.

  54. Paano po yun? Nakalimutan na namin yung examinee number, november 11,2018 po kami nag take ng exam dto sa NCR. Please help naman po.

  66. Legit na po ba ang results na pi-nost nyu? Nag inquire ako sa CSC Region 4a, sa 11 October pa naman daw ang official result eh?
