PhLE Results– The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the April 2024 Pharmacists Licensure Exam (PhLE) results on April 23, 2024. The list of the top ten examinees is also included in the release three (3) working days after the examination.
On April 16–17, 2024, the Pharmacy Board Exam was conducted at several testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga. It was administered by the Professional Regulatory Board of Pharmacy, headed by Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros, Officer-in-Charge; Dr. Adelina C. Royo and Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Members.

Initial Registration and Requirements
Starting June 10, 2024, the registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online and only accessible through an online appointment. The PRC will also release the schedule for the online appointment along with the list of passers. To complete the initial registration, follow our PRC online registration guide to help you through the online application process.
Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) for identification purposes
- Duly completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Passport-sized ID Photos on a white background with a complete name tag (2 pieces)
- Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
- Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)
The official date of the oath-taking ceremony for the newly licensed pharmacists will be announced later.
Previous Exams
The Professional Regulation Commission regularly conducts the Pharmacists Licensure Examination twice a year, in the months of November and April. It is one of the programs with a decent number of examinees, but it also has high passing rates among other programs.
Justine Kaye Fajardi Gajo from Centro Escolar University-Manila clinched the top spot in the examination with an impressive rating of 93.25%. Following closely is Karl Kirby Zosas Costales from the University of the Immaculate Conception-Davao, with a rating of 92.58%, securing the second spot in the examination. Meanwhile, Saint Louis University boasted a total of 245 passers out of 253 examinees, garnering an impressive passing rate of 96.84%.
