November 2023 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam Passers

CELE Results– The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the November 2023 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE) results today, November 24, 2023. The list of the top ten examinees is also included in the release five (5) working days after the examination.

On November 17–18, 2023, the Civil Engineering (CE) Board Exam was conducted at several testing centers in the NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan. It was administered by the Professional Regulatory Board of Civil Engineering, headed by its Chairman, Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, and its members, Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero.

According to PRC, 6,180 out of 18,582 (33.26%) passed the November 2023 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam. Congratulations to the passers!

Initial Registration and Requirements

The registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online and only accessible through an online appointment. The PRC will also release the schedule for the online appointment along with the list of passers. Here are the registration requirements:

  • Notice of Admission (NOA) for identification purposes
  • Duly completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Passport-sized ID Photos on a white background with a complete name tag (2 pieces)
  • Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
  • Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)

The official date of the oath-taking ceremony for the newly registered civil engineers will be announced later.

Previous Exams

The Professional Regulation Commission conducts the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam twice a year, typically in April and November. It is one of the programs with the largest number of examinees and a decent passing rate.

On April 2023, 5,887 out of 16,936 passed the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination. Garret Wilkenson Sia from De La Salle University-Manila and Alexis Castillo Alegado from Mariano Marcos State University-Batac shared the top spot on the exam with a rating of 92.10%. Meanwhile, De La Salle University-Manila was the top-performing school, with 97 out of 109 examinees passing the exam, garnering an impressive 88.99% passing rate.
