Where to File CSE-PPT Application in Region 11
Here are the locations and the application process for the March 2023 CSE-PPT in Davao Region. Please note that the acceptance of applications shall be on a first-come, first-served basis and shall be closed any time before the deadline once CSC Region XI has reached the target number of applicants. Personal appearance of the applicant during application is STRICTLY REQUIRED.

Please take note of the following when applying for the exam:
- Provide your active email address and contact number when booking an appointment. This information will be used to confirm your booking.
- Strictly follow the confirmed appointment schedule when filing the exam application. Confirmed appointments are not transferable.
- Present proof of confirmation (email) upon filing of the application.
- Non-appearance on the confirmed schedule will result in forfeiture of your slot. Hence, you will have to rebook another appointment schedule. A rescheduling of an appointment is allowed two days prior to the original schedule. Please note that rebooking and rescheduling of appointments are subject to the availability of slots.
Requirements for Civil Service Exam
Here are the documents you need to apply for the Civil Service Exam, regardless of the level of exam you are taking:
- Fully-accomplished application form (CS Form No. 100, revised September 2016). Download it and print it on long bond paper.
- Four (4) copies of passport-sized I.D. pictures with handwritten name tags legibly showing signature over printed full name (please refer to the pictures below)
- Original and photocopy of any of the valid ID cards accepted for the civil service exam
- Examination fee of PHP500
How to Apply for the Civil Service Exam?
To apply for the exam, you need to submit the completed application form and the required documents to the nearest CSC application center. Please note that only applications with a complete set of the documentary requirements will be accepted. Proper attire is required during the filing of the application. SLEEVELESS SHIRT/BLOUSE, SHORTS/SHORT PANTS, and SLIPPERS are NOT allowed.
Do not affix your signature and thumbprint to the application form. After reviewing your application form, the CSC officer will require you to affix your signature and thumbprint. He or she will verify your examination records through their E-Retaker or DIBAR System to check if you are qualified to take the exam. If qualified, he or she will advise you to pay the examination fee to the cashier. Upon receipt of the examination fee, CSC personnel will issue an official receipt and examination slip.
