PTLE Result December 2023– The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the December 2023 Physical Therapist Licensure Examination (PTLE) on December 5, 2023. The list of the top ten examinees was also included in the release two (2) working days after the examination.
On December 1–2, 2023, the Physical Therapist Board Exam was conducted at several testing centers in the NCR, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Pampanga, and Rosales. It was administered by the Professional Regulatory Board of Physical Therapy, headed by its Chairman, Eduardo R. Peregrino, and its members, Raul G. Agustin, Bernadette M. Reyes, Delia R. Pabalan, and Rolland Lyle D. Duque.

Initial Registration and Requirements
On January 29–31, February 1–2, February 5–9, and February 12–16, 2024, the registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online and only accessible through an online appointment. The PRC will also release the schedule for the online appointment along with the list of passers. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) for identification purposes
- Duly completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Passport-sized ID Photos on a white background with a complete name tag (2 pieces)
- Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
- Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)
The official date of the oath-taking ceremony for the newly registered physical therapists will be announced later.
Previous Exams
The Professional Regulation Commission conducts the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination twice a year, typically in the months of June and December. It has a small number of examinees and a decent passing rate among the programs.
Edzelle Mhay Benitez Naquila from Southwestern University topped the exam with an impressive rating of 89.90%. Following closely is Shayne Fernandez Minasalbas from Iloilo Doctor’s College, with a rating of 89.75%, clinching the second spot in the examination. Meanwhile, the Remedios T. Romualdez Medical Foundation emerged as the top-performing school with a 92.11% passing rate.
