The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is set to release the February 2025 Licensure Examination for Criminologists (LEC) result on March 7, 2025.
On February 5, 6, and 7, 2025 the Criminologists Licensure Exam (CLE) was conducted at several testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Oroquieta, Romblon, and Valencia.
Criminology Board Exam Results
The list of passers will be posted here once the PRC releases the official results online. Expect the result to come out on or before March 7, 2025. However, the PRC may release the result earlier or later than the target date without prior notice from them. Please stay tuned.

Initial Registration and Requirements
The registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online and only accessible through an online appointment. The PRC will also release the schedule for the online appointment along with the list of passers. To accomplish the initial registration, follow our PRC online registration guide to help you through the online application process.
Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) for identification purposes
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Passport-sized ID Photos on a white background and with a complete name tag (2 pieces)
- Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
- Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)
The official date of the oath-taking ceremony for the new criminologists will be announced later.
Previous Exam
In July/August 2024, 11,121 out of 22,539 passed the Licensure Examination for Criminologists. Alyssa Eliana Nazaire Bautista of Araullo University topped the exam with an outstanding score of 92.10%. Securing second place were Jericho Aguilon Suarez from the University of Mindanao—Davao City and Renier Andrian Barbacena Togño from Naga College Foundation, both earning a score of 91.50%.
Meanwhile, the University of Mindanao – Davao City emerged as the top-performing school among institutions with 200 or more examinees. Out of 208 candidates, 189 successfully passed, achieving an impressive overall passing rate of 90.87%.
