The Professional Regulation Commission announced the official results of the June 2021 Pharmacists Licensure Examination. It was conducted last June 29-30, 2021 in different testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. The said examination was given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Pharmacy headed by its Officer-In-Charge, Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, and its members, Ms. Adelina C. Royo and Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros.
June 2021 Pharmacy Board Exam Results
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,546 out of 2,337 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Pharmacy. The results were released in five (5) working days after the last day of examination. Congratulations to our new RPhs!
Initial Registration and Requirements
From August 2 to August 20, 2021. the registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online and only accessible through an online appointment. The PRC will also release the schedule for the online appointment along with the list of passers. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Passport-sized ID Photos in white background and with complete name tag (2 pieces)
- Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
- Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)

The June 2021 Pharmacists Licensure Exam (PhLE) is comprised of topics from Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Practice of Pharmacy, Pharmacology-Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutics and Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
In the April 2021 exam, 674 out of 1,168 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Pharmacy. Mr. Angelo Proceso Feliciano Zarate of Lyceum Northwestern University- Dagupan City clinched the top spot with a rating of 90.7 %. He was followed by Ms. Anna Teresa Galian of the University of Santo Tomas and Mr. Romvhinz Villena Hilbero of Universidad de Zamboanga- Pagadian with ratings of 89.95% and 89.33%, respectively.
