The Professional Regulation Commission announced the official results of the August 2019 Pharmacists Licensure Examination conducted last August 2-3, 2019 in different testing centers in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga. The said examination was given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Pharmacy headed by Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros, its Officer-In-Charge and members, Ms. Adelina C. Royo and Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 3,097 out of 4,455 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Pharmacy this August 2019. Congratulations to our new licenses pharmacists!

Online Initial Registration Application and Requirements
From August 20 to August 30, 2019, the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online. To accomplish the initial registration, follow our PRC online registration guide to help you through the online application process.
Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Passport-sized ID Photos in white background and with complete name tag (2 pieces)
- Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
- Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)
PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Last March 2019, 2,100 out of 3,234 examinees passed the Pharmacists Licensure Examination. Julienne Nicole Chua Dela Cruz of the University of the Philippines – Manila took the top spot with a rating of 92.70%%. She was followed by Khlarica Rygine Aquino Furigay from the Trinity University of Asia garnering 90.40% to claim the second spot. Meanwhile, the University of the Philippines – Manila was the top-performing school having 100.00% overall passing rate and followed by Saint Louis University with a passing rate of 97.22%.
