  • Application Period: November 11, 2025 to December 29, 2025

Second Batch: August 2026 CLE

  • Exam Dates: August 01, 02, and 03, 2026

Documentary Requirements

  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
  • Transcript of Records (TOR) with scanned picture and Special Order, unless not required, with the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes” (for First Timers and Repeaters)
  • College Diploma indicating the date of graduation and Special Order Number, unless not required. For degrees of equivalency, submit the diploma and the CHED Certificate of Equivalency
  • CHED Certificate of Authentication and Verification (CAV) for first-time examinees
  • Valid NBI Clearance (First Timers and Repeaters)
  • Regional Trial Court (RTC) Clearance (First Timers and Repeaters)
  • Two Certificates of Good Moral Character from any of the following (First Timers and Repeaters) with corresponding dry seal:
    • Barangay where the applicant resides
    • Dean of School
  • Refresher Course Certificate for applicants with five failures, whether consecutive or cumulative (effective July 4, 2022), as evidenced by the TOR for Repeaters
  • Other documents that the Board may reasonably require

  2. DIba po sabi twice a year ginaganap ang Criminology licensure examination. Paano po kung nag graduate ako january 2023, then ang schedule ng first batch for CLE is sa june 2023, ang tanong ko po, pwede po ba hindi ako magparticipate sa first batch and but instead i will just choose the second batch which is usually held on december, para po sana may 6 months preparations ako, pwede po ba yon?

    Hindi na po ba pwedeng gamitin for CLE application (June 2019 Exam) ang clearances issued last year kahit within 6 months naman po.. thank you!

  11. Pano pag nagkapalit kayo ng answer sheet ? At ayun na ang pinagamit sayo . Sabi naman pwede naman daw yun sabi ng taga PRC gusto ko lang makasigurado kung dba makakaapekto sa result or possible ba na magkapalit ng result ?

  12. Magandang araw po. Saan po makakahanap ng “metered-stamped window mailing envelope”? Nagpunta ako sa post office dito sa amin pero wala daw sila nun. Nagpunta din po ako sa PhilPost pero ordinaryong stamp lang po yung ibinigay. Sabi nung postmaster dito sa amin, iba daw yung metered stamp.

    Good Day po.. Ask ko lang po kung pwd pa po gamitin yung NBI ko po na kinuha last June lang for filing, kasi hindi pa po nmn expired..,then ang copy ko ayy yung personal copy na NBI ko pwd na po ba yun.. kahit hnd na kumuha ng panibago para sa filing po ngayon..

  19. Hi po. tanung kulang po pwedi papo ba ako mag retake ng crim board exam. 31 years napo kasi ako, ng january 01,2018 lang ako nag 31.pwedi pa kaya ako mag retake. first time ko mag take nung december 2017.at di pinalad. Sana po masagot nyo.
